1 Year Anniversary

The weekend of our first anniversary, we didn't have anything planned…or so I thought. On Friday morning, Kent left for work as usual. I woke up to a text from him that said he needed me to do a few things that day. 1: Take Kash to Grandpa's house at noon. 2: Pack a bag for the weekend. and 3: Enjoy our weekend. I didn't know where we were going and he wouldn't tell me! I did everything he asked and he left work early. We left and started heading south. I had never been to Zion's so I guessed that is where we were going. I was right! We stopped and stayed in St. George for the night and wandered around. We hiked Angel's Landing the next morning.

Happy Anniversary, Kent! I love you!

San Diego 2014

We were lucky to be able to visit Amber and Jeff while they were at his family's beach house for a week. We took a quick trip over Memorial Day weekend to take Kash to the beach for the first time. Let's just say that he asks almost every day to "go see Amber and Jeff at the beach." We walked along the boardwalk, played on the beach, and enjoyed spending some time with Amber, Jeff, and Felicity.

This boy loved collecting seashells. He collected a full bucketful.

So grateful for my little family.

Kash loved cuddling Felicity and feeding her a bottle.

Kash's 4th Birthday!

Kash just turned 4 in January! Even though he thinks he tells everyone he is 1 he is definitely growing into a smart little boy. I can't believe he will be in Kindergarden next year! We are working on his letters and learning how to write and trace letters. In just a couple weeks he has progressed so much. He has quite the personality and makes everyone around him laugh. He says the funniest things. He also is the sweetest and most complimentary little boy. Every day he will tell me how beautiful I am and how handsome daddy is. He will ask everyone to be his best friend within minutes of meeting him and wants everyone older lady to be his grandma. He is a little flirt too. He will kiss waitress's hands when they bring him his dinner or a lemonade. So watch our ladies!

Kash wanted a dinosaur party this year. So we had family over along with a few friends. Kash had such a fun time!

Kash loves his cousin "K-Bob"
